Hi, my name is Ace!
I have had anything but a traditional career path! I began my interest in the marketing and entertainment industry with an internship at IHeartMedia while still in high school. My passion for the music industry led me to Northeastern University's Music Business program. Upon graduation I moved to NYC where I worked and interned for some of the city's most well known indie record labels, music management firms and venues. Eventually my path led me to an opportunity in advertising and I quickly grew through the ranks of the New Business team at TBWA/Chiat/Day. After four years there I parlayed my entertainment and advertising experience into roles with several well known experiential marketing agencies before making the transition into recruiting.
During my time working with both musicians and creative teams, I discovered a passion and talent for matchmaking creative people and supporting career and personal development through coaching and recruiting.
I am a 10 year resident of NYC and when I’m not supporting my clients I can be found playing with my dog, traveling, seeing live music, studying herbalism and jumping in the ocean as much as I can.
